Enjoy an afternoon tea with a difference in the stunning surroundings of Leetham’s Restaurant, our very own piece of York history.  Redesigned by Mackintosh contemporary, George Walton, the Elmbank hotel is home to one of the finest and most complete Art Nouveau collections in the UK. Here, impressive stained glass, beautiful murals, and detailed stencils meld with modern and sophisticated facilities to provide a space of style, comfort, and interest.

We have 3 York Gins to choose from, take your pick from London Dry, a beautiful, smooth, and balanced dry gin, best served with a fever tree light and a curl of lemon, Old Tom, a very slightly sweetened dry gin, with Yorkshire Rose and herbs from the Michelin-starred Star Inn, Harome, best served with a fever tree light and star anise, or Roman Fruit, a full-strength dry gin with no added sugar. Fruits and flowers from Ancient Rome including strawberries and hibiscus give it a deep red hue, best served with a fever tree Mediterranean and strawberries and raspberries.

Then we have a delicious traditional afternoon for you with a delicious twist!! Plot: 10 years ago “Blind Date in Venice” became the most successful romantic comedy film ever, and starred Chloe Carlysle and Drake Sullivan. Chloe has not made a film since and in an attempt to resurrect her career she has arranged this romantic weekend/evening for people in love and for people who want to fall in love. Chloe will also be signing copies of her autobiography at the bash. Has she revealed any kiss and tell secrets? Could this lead to temptation, jealousy, heartbreak and murder?

Plot: Style TV, is new to the UK. Owned by Australian media magnate Greg Copeland, the TV company is set to go head to head in an all out war with BBC’s ‘Strictly’ this year. Their new dance show, ‘Step Up & Dance’ promises to be big & brash.
Fronted by TV host Sam Delaney, the show will have notorious musical star P.J. McQueen as lead judge, who makes Craig Revel Norwood seem like a pussycat!!

Plot: It is Christmas Eve 1987 and you are part of Smartoys staff Christmas party.  This year, Fiona Smartley-Price (Smartoy’s CEO) has extra cause to celebrate because the company have achieved having the Christmas Number 1 toy in the shops.  Mouseville Friends is that toy and was the brainchild of Siobhan (Fiona’s daughter and a managing director of the company).  She launched the new toy along with her fiancée Noel Thurst who is a television executive that has launched an animated series based on the toys.  Will the celebrations continue all night long or will sinister happenings halt them?
