The final balance must be paid in full by the date stated on your booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and any deposit paid may be non-refundable.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received.
If no food preference or dietary requirements are provided in advance, a standard afternoon tea will be served on the day. We cannot guarantee that last-minute dietary requests can be accommodated.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or no later than the specified deadline.
Cancellations made after the final balance due date will be subject to full charges.
In the unlikely event that the workshop must be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
The hotel reserves the right to amend the event details where necessary.

Offer is subject to availability, offer details stated herein, and the selected hotel’s booking terms and conditions at participating hotels & resorts within the Hilton Portfolio in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Offer requires three (3) day advance reservations and 1 or 3 days for Airport properties.
Full-prepayment, non-refundable. In case your contract with Hilton is governed by German law a refund of 10%, of the paid rates applies upon cancellation. In such case you may however prove that no or a significantly lower damage has been incurred for Hilton. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. Booking cannot be changed inside of seven days prior to arrival.
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not receive any refund or credit rate.
When available, the The Hilton Sale rates provide a discount related to the hotel’s Flexible Rate for the length of stay. Discount can vary based on the participating hotel booked. A discount up to 20% (25% for Half Board and All-Inclusive meal plan rates) applies to The Hilton Honors Sale rates. The Hilton Honors Sale rates are reserved for qualifying customers who are members of the Hilton Honors program and request the rate at time of booking. Discounts are exclusive to bookings made directly with Hilton that meet the length of stay requirements only. A discount of up to 15% (20% for Half Board and All-Inclusive meal plan rates) applies to The Hilton Sale non-Hilton Honors and public rates. Early departures will forfeit discounted rates and rate discounts will not be earned on nights consumed. Any discount earned is non-transferable and must be consumed during same stay in which it was earned. At some properties, the Flexible Rate, may be retailed as Best Available Rate, but refers to a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified, and excludes discount rates.
Participating hotels may suspend participation at any time without additional notice. Unless otherwise noted, displayed rates are valid for single/double occupancy and are exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, and gratuities. Blackout dates, early departure fees, deposit, or cancellation restrictions may apply and vary by
hotel. This offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offer or discounts and is not valid for existing reservations or groups.
Hilton Honors membership, including the earning and redemption of Points, is subject to Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions.

Sleep Retreat
Package is subject to availability. Late check-out is available on request and charged per hour, subject to availability. The in-room aromatherapy diffuser, oils and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed from the room will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Package is subject to availability. Robes are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. Any items removed from the room may be charged at the equivalent replacement value.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged per hour. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.
